This is what a private residence looks like when KGDCo is allowed to become fully integrated into the design process. This client wished for a European Countryside style. She was passionate about combining her 100 year old zinc top table with bespoke Stark Antelope custom cut area rugs. Entertaining was a priority, so an open concept floor plan that combined easy and convertible living spaces with several dining areas, two kitchens and a butler’s pantry fit the bill perfectly. She asked for neutral and calm seating areas which allowed us to bring in interesting patterns and textures. This home is designed to live like a family home, and all of the furniture frames and most of the fabric is of commercial quality. This was a complete design/build process with KGDCo engineering all the interior and exterior spaces, finishes and furnishings. We are happy to say the client, her two teenage boys and three dogs were fully satisfied with the outcome.
